I BELIEVE FACILITATION CAN CHANGE THE WORLD
I'm a facilitator. I believe in the power and knowledge of the group. To think, to wonder, to be curious, to question, to engage. To discuss, disagree, and learn. So much of our work is to figure out how to navigate this world together and how to build a better one.
This unjust society pulls us apart, my work is about coming back to ourselves, to each other, and together. |
THINGS I FACILITATE!
BUT YOU'RE WRONGHave you ever found someone's comments so infuriating that you're instantly seeing red? Or felt like you were running into a brick wall trying to talk about something really important to you?
This session is about those moments and how to get ourselves back into a space of possibility. We start by identifying common thought patterns that trap us or leave us stuck. Introduce a model to think about ourselves and others that can help us relate in new ways. And finish by introducing a simple tool that can open up tons of possibilities in heated, political, or contentious conversations. |
